The packages listed here are just to give you an idea as to what our "full" and "partial" packages may include. We do not offer “day of coordination” as it does not fit our clients needs.
Full-Service Wedding Coordination
This package is ideal for couples who need every part of their wedding planned from start to finish. We typically start to work together soon after your engagement. We are your guiding hand from start to finish.
This package includes, but is not limited to:
Budget development & management
Research venues and assist in selecting perfect Venue (if applicable)
Match you with my trusted network of vendors based on your personality and taste to create a flawless celebration. (caterer; photographer; videographer; lighting; tent rental; chairs, tables, linens, and furniture rental; DJ or band; floral designer; hair and makeup artist; transportation; cake design; bartending services; toilet rentals; hotel room blocks; rehearsal dinner and brunch recommendations, etc.)

Create and modify a master Wedding Day/Weekend Timeline
Create a detailed event layout (ceremony/reception) showing tables/chairs, dance floor, band, welcome table, bars, cake, coffee/dessert station etc. placement
Phone/email availability from start to finish
Timeline distribution to vendors prior to wedding
Attendance + management of ceremony Rehearsal (up to 2 hrs night before; does not include Rehearsal dinner)
Wedding Day Management: act as primary vendor liason, set up Client’s decor (such as welcome sign, escort/place cards, table #s, menus, favors, photos, guest book, etc.)
Timeline execution: oversee set up; manage transportation; organize processional line up & cue ceremony musicians; oversee: cocktail hour, dinner toasts, cake cutting, cue Band/DJ, coordinate 1st dance, parent dances & last dance
Final confirmations

Partial Wedding Coordination
This package is great for couples who have done the bullk of their wedding planning and have hired the key players, but are not sure where to go from here. We will recommend the final few vendors and provide a professional to provide support and advice during the final 6 months of the wedding planning.
This package includes:
On-site meeting (walk-through of ceremony and reception)
Unlimited phone/email consultations during the final 6 months of your wedding planning
(4) in-person meetings to discuss wedding day details
Design/decor assistance
Close planning with all vendors to ensure all aspects of wedding day flow seamlessly
Detailed and informative itinerary for wedding day
Wedding day timeline
Timeline distribution to all vendors prior to wedding
